The morning I got out of jail after the mass arrest of 409 Occupy Oaklanders for the attempted take over of of a vacant building to be used as a community center, I called the Thom Hartmann show. I spoke of how the police illegally used tear gas, illegally arrested us, and in jail denied access to phone calls and lawyers for over 48 hours. It was a good exchange live on air.
