...USA Supreme Court Justices on The USA Supreme Court, When He is Reelected. At least is what I understand, by all means correct me if I am wrong, about why Thom Hartmann is still backing "The Capitalistic Compromiser" Obama.

This tells me Thom Hartmann has made a serious mistake, based upon the "Compromiser" he has dominated. Plus, this is going to do little good to getting her through the process of becoming a USA Supreme Court Justice. The RNC is just going to keep on trying to take apart Obama.

Because the Supreme Court, in the Heller case, concluded that there is an individual right to own firearms found in the Second Amendment - just like they ruled in Roe v. Wade that there is an individual right to have an abortion found in the Fourth Amendment.
