Thom's wrong again - National Enquirer

The national enquirer may have only been "successfully sued" once - i.e. losing a court case. But they've been forced to settle out of court MULTIPLE times for slander and other reasons:

All you have to do is type National Enquirer Settlements

In otherwords - the Enquirer is not as "fact checked" as Thom believes - otherwise they wouldn't have to repeatedly give retractions or out of court settlements.

It's time for the SEC to expose CEO pay!

The Dodd-Frank Act of 2010 requires corporations to disclose their CEO-to-median worker pay ratio, but that information is still being hidden from workers, shareholders, and the American public.

That's why the AFL-CIO, MoveOn.org, CREDO Action, and other groups delivered a massive petition to the Securities and Exchange Commission last week.
