How may headline news-stories mentioning the Democrat's House Wins in November actually yield a self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts?:

UPDATE: ONE-MONTH SINCE PREVIOUS POST:

Mainstream media Mentions of DEMS. Keeping Control of House? This would be called a "Reverse Tsunami" with news-appeal; providing the (DCCC) sways dozens of House Districts.

Some of us knew that (DCCC) advocacy would become influential in the November Elections:

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) stumping for House-seats; to keep Democrats the majority-party.

What is the Senate's answer to the DCCCs efforts to stump for Senate Seats? Governor's Elections?

Work on the turnout. The media message will be how ineffective Obama has been, not how obstructionist the Republicans have been. Any nutcase on the Right can be a media star while Left activists operate in the dark.

It would help to recognize that electoral politics is only part of the work we must be engage in. If we have a point of organizing and reality-based hope outside of the electoral game, our psychology will not be so dependent upon what Obama does or does not do. We do not have to put down everything that is not great or where we see the solutions not being applied. Were it that easy, why has it not already been done?

Long haul thinking and engagement turns the mid-term story around. We did a mighty thing getting Obama elected and a majority in Congress. Now we need to do the next step to build upon the foundation. That means more Dems, particularly the non-corporate Progressives. That means working for them. And getting people out to vote despite all that is wrong with the system and the politics.

At some point we will have the power to take down the banksters and the Pentagon. They know it too, so heroic martyrdom is not an option.

The Democrat candidates must include "Get Out The Vote" appeal in Conservative attack-ads.

Get Out The Vote" talking-points:

* "Imagine Election Day - with vote-appeal."

* "Election Day is vote renewal."

* "Imagine - Election Day as vote renewal."

As Thom implies on "getting involved" at the end of of his shows, "become the change we need to see in the world." (or in this case, "the change we need to see after Election Day!")

Anyways, how may mention of the DCCC Memo in other media sources serve as one of many influences on the November Election?

The DCCC Memo was also mentioned in financial-world news.

Under Comments: Second respondent (named 'Moderate') wrote about the (often overlooked) roles Moderates will play in the November Elections.

Moderates (by their very nature) as well as voters who are ripe to be swayed to moderate viewpoints are:

* less likely to give in to the very knee-jerk reactions that the Conservatives capitalise on.

* less likely "to throw the baby out with the bathwater" regarding what progress the DEMS have made e.g., Thursday's 'Brunch with Bernie' segment discusses this beautifully.

* More likely to feel voter appeal and boost turnout to levels that tend to favor the DEMS.

It not just the Mid-term, it's the long-term!

Time to Rethink the War on Terror

When Eric Holder eventually steps down as Attorney General, he will leave behind a complicated legacy, some of it tragic, like his decision not to prosecute Wall Street after the financial crisis, and his all-out war on whistleblowers like Edward Snowden.
