I can't for the life of me figure out some of this stuff about posting a blog. There are two sections, right? the short one and the long one? Why does the short one keep getting cutting off? I checked "help" info and there's nothing there I can find that describes the problem. Am I even explaining this clearly?

I am not sure I understand your problem with short vs. long and getting cut off. It has been a while since I created a blog. I recommend starting the blg post with title and intro then editing the blog to add more content. I vaguely recall having a long blog post get cutoff repeatedly upon initial posting - I had to edit the blog to make it longer. Note the usual size of Thom's daily postings - a big fat paragraph or two - you may have to edit your blog to make it much longer than that.
well now I don't know what to think. Please tell me you did that on purpose.
