Speaking in Baghdad yesterday about the end of U.S. combat operations in Iraq, Defense Secretary Robert Gates said that even if the Iraq war ends okay, “it will always be clouded by how it began.”. He added, “The problem with this war for, I think, many Americans is that the premise on which we justified going to war proved not to be valid, that is Saddam having weapons of mass destruction.” if the president is going to admit that Bush lied us into an unnecessary war, the least he could is prosecute the war criminals.

And you know that prosecuting the Bush administration for their crimes is not going to happen as that is a political decision and the Democrats are concerned about Republicans and independents this cycle. That the Bush administration wasn't indicted when Obama first took office told you that the legal system is a political tool rather than a tool for justice; Not all are equal under the law, some are free to break the law, lie, act corruptly, etc. so long as their supporters wield enough clout to dissuade prosecution.
Republicans are criminal, and Democrats are afraid of their shadows. What a nation.
Another country would have to prosecute the War-Criminals,just like we are prosecuting Charles Taylor son.Hopefully, what`s happening to the father, will happen to Bush & Co. one day. That day might be here, people are waking up.
