If they want your Social Security money, they will get it. If they want your Medicare money, they will get it. If they want your tax dollars to fund their financial scams, they will get it.
If they want perpetual war as the new normal, they will get it.

Probably, after 60% of the population is driven into destitution as happened in Argentina...people will take to the streets.
The same trade and economic policies that drove Argentina into the ground being applied in the U.S. won't have different results.
The Argentine police finally sided with the people...and cheerfully waved goodbye as their Pres. fled the capitol in a helicopter. After the neo-liberal bums were thrown out, the Argentine GDP quckly rose to double that of China's...and the nation recovered.
The threshold seems to be...60% driven into poverty. When enough children begin dying from malnutrition, exposure and , lack of health care...people take to the streets. It's a pity it has to go that far before there is a reaction.
Implimenting Argentina's polices...and expecting different results is a sort of national insantity.
