This article claims, among other items, that the new healthcare law includes a 3.8% tax on the sale of real estate including homes.  Article is from The Spokesman-Review, March 28, 2010, but is being circulated now to rally voters.  I am looking for information that I can send back to my brother, who thinks this is happening!
