Oil Spill All Gone?

7 posts / 0 new

The big BP oil spill in the Gulf is long gone? Think again. Shrimpers are going deep to find the "Royal Red", a cold water shrimp, and coming up with tar balls. A friend who was a "skimmer" (a husky, muscular man) is now back in the hospital with a mysterious disease. My sister has seen her T-shirt business in the gulf evaporate, and there are few charter fishing trips going out.

Just because the oil is hidden below the surface doesn't mean it is all over, as the Dept. of the Inferior wishes it was.

You have clearly been recruited to perpetuate the myth that there was an oil spill in the Gulf, which Benevolent Petroleum was supposedly involved with.

The Science is not complete on this yet.

If there was any truth to your assertions, we would be hearing all about it on the Fox News Channels.

Unfortunately I'm starting to fear the actual damage to the resources and ecosystems will never be fully disclosed (much less understood).

We have the ability to follow the oil and take scientific samples to determine the actual measure of impact. I pray that this scientific monitoring continues because using shellfish smellers doesn't cut it!

Once upon a time there was a rich nation that had metal boats that could travel deep underwater for long periods of time.

I thought we still had some of them contraptions, but I guess not 'cause you know a free people deserve a diligent government to help keep them so and protect them from unseen dangerous chemicals and the like.

I can't quite tell if your being sincere or funny. We all know fox is mindless crap and those who watch it are dummer than the rest or atleast greatly misinformed and emotionally manipulated. I doubt we hear about all the oil spills...

Our kids are counting on us to reverse austerity.

According to UNICEF, even in the world's richest countires, children remain “the most enduring victims” of the recession. In the last six years, 2.6 million more kids have fallen below the poverty line, and more than half of them live right here in the United States.
