Which of Thom's books addresses outsourcing?

Hello all,

I am writing an essay for a college course about outsourcing withtin the United States and was wondering, which of Thom's books most addresses the issue of outsourcing? He's so good at articulating his argument and I really want to use his work as one of my sources.

Thanks in advance.
