Majority Participation

O.k. all you liberals!  This aught to get your neck hairs to stand on end! 

I'm a normal white guy;  Civil Engineer.  After working for 20 years for the Man, I decided to venture out on my own and start my own consulting engineering firm;  one guy;  myself.  I have all the qualifications, skills and contacts of others in my profession, except for one thing.  I am a white male!  Yes my friends.  While Thomm rants on and on about how HARD it is for those poor brown, female people to have a fair shake in this white male,  dominated country, us white people wind up working for those very same people.  Why!?  Because the government MANDATES it!!!!  That's right!  They mandate it!  Here's how it works.

First off, our government has saturated our market with H-1B visas. Why?  Because apparently we don't have enought engineers to service our infrastructure.  We have so many STUPID people in our country that we need to import smart ones, mostly from India!  (not really, because they're cheap!)  I have nothing against Indian's, but I'm sorry;  I don't consider them smarter than white people;  but not dumber either.  The point is, we have plenty of talent here in the USA.  We don't need to import it;  just deveop it here! 

In my industry, the government requires minority participation on all government projects.  A company maintains this minority status if they are brown, or a woman and stay under 3 millinon dollars of revenue a year for not more than three consectutive years.  Of course, all those that qualify jump into this program and never opt out!  Why?!  Why would they?!  This is easy money!! The companies that I have worked for and whitnessed in this category never want to grow out of this situation;  and  that's not what the plan was develped for.  The idea was for them to get a leg up, and then compete with the rest.  But, that's not what they do.  They stay under the radar, and become millionares and employ white males that bring in the contracts!  Now that's a loophole!   And......THAT'S BULLSHIT!!!

I'm sorry, and I'm sure this post will offend all your progressives!  Except, all you brown people, if you are honest, you will not reply because you know what I'm talkin' bout'! 

The time has come to stop government requirements of MINORITY PARTICIPATiON!!  There is no advantage these days to being white!  In fact, it has become a disadvantage due got government regulations!  Actually, we should not differentiate between any races at this point in history.  I think the playing field has been leveled at this point in this country's history.  But not Thom!  He won't be happy until all white people are bowing down before the browns for all the sins of times past!  And, we should all be speaking Spanish to cator to all of our Mexican neighbors! 

Thomm!!  If you read any of these posts I will tell you this.  You are a good man, really.  I love your show, and your intelligence, and all of the humanitarian projects you have developed.  But, you really need to create some balance in your perspective.  Let's get equality for all!  If you are really about fairness, let's not differentiate, PERIOD!!!
