Seriously though, I think I read an article once that stated some of the talking sphincters over at Fox did not personally believe in the detritus they were selling. I could be wrong about that article though, maybe I just dreamt about it one night. If it was real, I sure cannot remember where I read about it so I can't prove it.
Bill O'Reilly though, I'd say he is probabaly a "dyed in the wool," hardcore conservative, and a grumpy one at that. And speak of the devil, Bill O'Reilly is on jay Leno tonight. Many in teh chatroom think Jay is a conservative, and Nielsen's Ratings studies suggest that more conservatives tend to watch Leno than Letterman. I have read Jay is a liberal though; I hope what I read is true!
He has a massive ego and very little sense of shame. He thinks he brings his gravitas to evey comedy sketch they cast him in. He thinks he wins when he loses. I cannot forget the tides as proof of God.
Watching Bill O'Reilly tonight (2/21/12). He is arguing for either nationalization of U.S. produced oil or tarrifs on the same. OMG.
To keep more of our fuel in our country, he wants taxes on our refined, exported fuels. Bill is his own man. He is not in the pocket of or owned by any political party. And neither am I.
OK, he is a watch fob and not in the pocket, but he sure hasn't been paid to be anything other than a con. You don't have to be "owned" to be rented or leased. And rigel, I find most "independents" more alienated than aware. Feel as free as you want, be prove it, don't just claim it.

Thing is D. I don't feel obligated to justify or prove anything. Why should I bother?
If you don't want to be thought of as a conservative, I can understand why. If your criticism is always directed toward liberals, some may interpret that as less than independent. Just demonstrate that you are who you claim to be instead of claiming to be something you don't act or appear to be. I hope you are not owned, but it is often harder to find an identity than to just be opposed to something. It also is harder to 'defend' what you are for than why you are against something.
Bill is certainly not as predictable as the Douchy and his Foxy Friends.

You are sadly mistaken. I very rarely critisize anyone. I offer a different opinion. On the rare occaision when I do offer a critique, I try not to mention their poiltical party. I do respond when I am attacked though.
C'mon, we read your posts like Obama has Failed, Badly. It was not Where is My Bio-Fuel. If you think being provocative is the same as a critique or when people call you on it you have been attacked, you need to admit that you ask for it. Casting general blame when there are partisans to blame is also not merely neutral opinion. We can handle differences of opinion and have a lot of them within a Progressive consensus. We also get folks who think they are doing therapy for liberals by posting stupidity. You can be different and challenging without being stupid or dishonest about it. Go for it.
