If money is speech what will happen when an employee working for a corporation embezzles millions of dollars out of the corp's "contribution to super-pac fund" and uses as a defense- I did not steal property, but speech? What is the penalty or law for plagiarizing? A monetary fine? What if this employee cited the source correctly?
