The Republican's budget is a Trojan horse

The Republican's budget – brought to us by multimillionaire Republican Congressman Paul Ryan – is nothing more than a “Trojan horse…to impose a radical vision on our country.”  Those are the words of President Obama – who spoke today at the White House, slamming the Republican budget that passed the House of Representatives last week.  And the President didn’t just stop there – he went on to blast the whole idea of “trickle down” economics that’s infected our nation since Reagan, and is at the core of the Paul Ryan budget.

The President said that instead of depending on the “success of a wealthy few,” our nation needs a strong middle class like in previous generations, who went to college on the GI Bill and could safely rely on New Deal programs.  Say what you want about President Obama – but he is the first President in over thirty years to directly call out Reagan's supply-side economics and point out that it's killing the American middle class.  With the Occupy movement mobilized, and more and more Americans realizing Reaganomics was a con job that made the rich richer and kicked off a war against working people – the President now has enough wind behind his back to speak the truth about conservative economics.

So let’s keep telling the truth about the American oligarch's war against the middle class and their theft of our nation's wealth, so President Obama can keep his campaign promise of four years ago to fundamentally change the direction we've been going since the Reagan Revolution.

Are you going to fall for the

Are you going to fall for the same con job twice in a row? Obama is nothing but a shill and that is all he ever was. If he ever had any intellectual honesty then he wouldn't just pratter on about the system's inadequacies but would be expressing real, concrete ideas to get it fixed and then he would be taking those ideas public to get the people behind him and thereby bypass the criminal congress and other criminal organizations which really run the U.S.

The republican party has recently shown what kind of real morons are backing them, a la the postings to Fox news' website after the Trayvon Martin murder, and what they really are is demonstrated in full by the kind of people they put forward to represent them, such as that imbecile Herman Cain who is so dumb that he thinks it is other people who are dumb. They nominate such immoral characters as Romney precisely because he is damaged goods and they don't expect him to win the presidency nor do they want him to win. What they want is to be in position with their private armies when the U.S. finally implodes and becomes a geographical area of fiefdoms run by corporations so that they can kill off all the competition for control of the land and then they will consolidate and have a private organization with a considerable landmass, such as the old Hudson Bay Company of centuries past. With those fools it is all about power and they will do anything to get it and keep it. The downfall of those fools, however, is that they do not realize that they have not the least scintilla of power, but only influence, and influence can evaporate in an instant.

I hope that we will turn the tables on these mofos but when I see how many morons there are in this country I start losing hope for REAL salient change...at least in my lifetime.
