I am noticing more and more that customer service in many areas is getting slower and slower. Longer wait times for telephone assistance, longer wait for service installations; even longer wait in lines for groceries or banking. Is it just me being impatient? I've decided to voice my displeasure loud and long in each and every case. Seems very obvious these companies, small and large, need to hire more people!
