When was the last time you were truly inspired by a politicians speech?

From Thomas Jefferson's
"When the Goverment fears the people"

Churchill's
"Fight them on the beaches"

To JFK's
"We choose to go to the moon"

Now I struggle to believe anything a politician says,
If they say "it's raining" I want to put my head out the door to make sure.

Can anyone show me something to prove I'm not imagining no more good guys?

Maybe there aren’t enough options of motivational politicians to listen to.....maybe there isn’t enough of an option in gender.

Seems to me there needs to be a dawning of amazing speakers who are astonishing women.

To me the implication of it being a "golden age" and that you feel a lacking of "good guys" means that the age could be over or needs modification......where are all the Fierce Females?

Sincerely,

Domestic house goddess

Romney's

"I like to fire people!"

McConnell's

"Our only objective is to make this a one term president!"

Bush's

"I don't know where Bin Laden is and frankly I don't care!"

Truly inspiring.

Did Carrier Fleece Both Trump & America?

Donald Trump took a victory lap in Indianapolis yesterday afternoon, where he and Vice President elect Mike Pence officially announced a deal to keep 800 Carrier jobs in Indiana.

That's 200 fewer jobs than the 1,000 jobs that Trump initially said the deal would save, but that's kind of besides the point.
