If the Supreme Court voids the Affordable Healthcare law, the 35 million that will loose insurance immediately will create a backlash that will eliminate the republican and tea parties from the future by a landslide vote for President Obama that will be a mandate much greater than 2008 for his second term in office and will provide the opportunity for him to change the balance in the Supreme Court to a more rational one with much less ideological bias.
