Pointing out hypocrisy of conservatives does NOT discredit libertarians.

I noticed a tactic of left-wing statist like Thom Hartmann is to use Republican/conservative hypocrisy to discredit libertarians. It does not follow.

Libertarianism sounds so simple and pure because it picks out one enemy to fight. That of course would be the government. Get rid of government intervention and let the free market and capitalism do it's job. This will ultimately lead to more freedom and more equality for all. The problem is that it never happens that way.

"While claiming such advantages as freedom and equality, capitalist system disperses them very scarcely, primarily giving rights and freedoms to capitalists, who, due to social and cultural conditions, happen to be predominantly rich, white and male. Women and minorities do not receive any of those benefits, and initially working class is also not included. "
