The Romney Presidency

I was able to use my time machine and go to Feb 2013 to witness the beginning of the Romney presidency.

Romney praised the republican governors for their efforts combatting voter fraud. He singled out PA for special kudos where Romney won 1,255,847 votes to 612. Romney said he would check into complaints from urban Philadelphia where there were reports of 9 hour lines in the rain. He asked for there to be more than 1 voting machine for every 500K people. He congratulated the Halliburton armed security team at each of the polls for their efforts at preventing voter fraud. YouTube went viral with the video of the patriot Halliburton guard standing  over the body of 78 year old Myra Otmer who had tried to vote without photo ID. A Halliburton spokesman said the company  was pleased at the success of their anti voter fraud efforts.

Romney announced his program to create 1M jobs by lowering the minimum wage to $3/hr. The administration will send out lists of church shelters. Romney also announced the formation of ConAgra and ADM food distribution centers. Hungry people can get free food there if they participate in Monsanto GMO food trials.

Romney also announced the formation of the Poverty Study Group. They will gather information from Africa and India to show the Americans who complain about living in poverty that they should be grateful for what they have. There will also be a Anti-Poverty Commission that will study the outsourcing of American poor and the insourcing of lower caste Indians and Somalians who would prefer to live in American Poverty.

I will keep you posted on further visits to the future.

Next time you take a trip,

Next time you take a trip, stay there.   You are a sad frustrated little person.    I was much happier under the previous 4 presidents (Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush) than I am under this guy.   Based on just about ANY economic indicator things are bad.   Regardless how we got there its the guy sitting the big boy chair today's job to have a plan and fix it.

If you reply with Bush or obstructionist congress I am going to throw up!    Bush is gone, and Democrats are as unbending as the Tea Party.   Since you like hypotheticals, here is my view of Democrat compromise...

Democrats craft a bill entitled "Good food for poor kids".   They load it with pork for the unions, abortion clinics, solyndra, and vote buying for every one of their constituents.

The Republicans vote against it or fillibuster the bill.

The Dems run to MSNBC and the bleeding hart liberals drink the koolaide that evil Republicans want to starve kids by voting against "The good food for poor kids bills".   They conveniently leave out the pork that conservatives find morallly repugnant.

Another way to view compromise in DC is that Democrats want ram a baseball bat up the Republicans back side.   The Republicans resist and vote it down or hold it up.   The Dems compromise and say OK, we will just shove a pencil up your butt.   But the Republicans respond and vote it down or fillibuster because they dont want ANYTHING shoved where the sun dont shine.

Can you understand that there is reasonable compromise ON BOTH sides and their is scoring cheap political points.   For the most part Republicans went along out of fear with the Simulus package which was loaded with pork progressive groups.   I think the goodwill that was exploited by the left during that vote has created much of the distrust we see today.

You will never get compromise on LARGE bills.   My suggestion would be start with little things.   10 page bill on jobs program.   NO bailouts to Obama fools (Solyndra).   Dont slant the bill to only benefit unions.   Just negotiate in good faith to pass a simple job training program or incentive for employers to hire.

I'm still waiting for someone

I'm still waiting for someone to point out what particular legislation was put into place by Obama that has ruined our economy.  I've been looking for months and I can't find any.  There has to be some drastic legislature to turn around what was a wonderful economy at the time of his taking office.  If you can totally derail an economy in 3 years then there has to be some elephant in the room legislation that you can prove changed things for the worse.  Hell, I'm still trying to figure out how and when he raised the gas prices.

Didn't you know that Obama

Didn't you know that Obama set that fire at the refinery in CA as part of his raise the gas price plan?

I went to March 2013.

I went to March 2013. President Romney finally admitted what put him over the top for the election. It was the discovery of the tablets in Utah by teenage Mormon missionaries that show Obama's Indonesian birth certificate. They also discovered Obama's Socialist Party memebership card.

You won't find any legislation, Bush_Wacker.  The community organizer rules by dictatorial edict. He doesn't know how the legislature operates. He was always absent as a senator or never paid attention what little he was there.

So what Edict has President Obama produced that destroyed the economy. Of course please explain when the economy has gone from losing 800,000 jobs a month under bush to gaining 300,000 jobs a month under Obama is destroying the economy.

President Obama has further cut taxes on the middle class compared to Bush, I don't see destruction.

Of course a real accomplishment would be capturing all the hot air from the Right on all their alleged allegations like destroying the economy to gun restrictions when there is NO PROOF or NO Reality.

Imagine how much electric power that hot air could generate.

Thank you for the right wing

Thank you for the right wing talking points with the lack of facts. You realize that if we could harness all this energy, we would  be energy independent.
