Here is the differences between both parties

The Conservatives feel that most of the federal programs that states should run them. The Progressives feel that one place-Washington DC-should run them. Example. The States run the Food Stamp program and the Federal Government provides the States with block grants to run them. Some states use the old paper food stamps and some use the debt card. Now the Student Loan program is run by the Federal Government where its a trillion or so in debt. What is our President going to do to fix it? Prevent a increase in interest rate. Here is what they should have done. Let the students go online and decide where is the lowest per cent rate from different banks and once they find one they can use that bank to get their student loans. The same way our health care should be. Not one centralize system. The Conservatives want you to bring home more of your income and you use it what you feel is fit. The progressives feel you shouldn’t make more than anyone else. Everyone should be all the same. So we have 50 states. Each state is made up of the same way the Federal Government is set up. The Governor in each state is the President. Do you feel someone in Washington DC knows really what you really want or does your local government really know. Its the local level that does.

I don't trust either but at

I don't trust either but at least if the State controls programs, Washington D.C. will  slow pandering for votes and, if I diskike my states decisions, I can move.

So are you all suggesting

So are you all suggesting that we get rid of the middle man?  Currently, corporations have to bribe the government in order that they can control are lives.  Get the government out of the way and corporations can directly run our lives.  How about a 28% interest rate for any student loan?

In Indiana, a judge has

In Indiana, a judge has criticized the Department of Child Services for not referring mentally ill children to mental health service providers, even though the department returns millions of dollars to the state treasury every year.  The judge as well as other critics of the department say that the department treats mentally ill children like criminals.  A prosecutor who was involved with a case tried to get a legal petition to get a Child in Need of Services (CHINS) designation to obtain mental health services, but the judge reluctantly had to turn down his request because only the Department of Child Services can make that designation/request.  Critics indicate that the legislature made a mistake in only allowing the department to have the authority to put in the legal request for CHINS.  The department claims that the juvenile justice system is capable of providing the same mental health services as are outside providers, but critics say that a child who is having problems and may end up committing a crime should not have to go to jail to obtain mental lhealth services.  The parents are then labeled as being negligent for not having been able to afford mental health services for their child.  The director of the department raised a technical point about the type of CHINS that he prefers as to avoid having a child becoming institutionalized.

When it comes to medical standards, that should be determined by qualified people.  It doesn't matter where you live as to the proper way to treat a condition.  Environmental safety standards should be set by qualified people, scientists.  In North Carolina, Republicans want to pass a law that prohibits a state environmental commission from having any qualified scientists to serve on the commission.

What conservatives actually believe is that, being Torys, they are opposed to the American Revolution, the U.S. Constitution, and the whole country being a sovereign state as they believe that the King of England should still be in charge of the entire operation and should rule, not an indepedent government of, by, and for the People.  Conservatives for the most part don't have degrees in social work, have not conducted research in social work or in sociology, medicine, or in public policy analysis.  They don't know what they are talking about, but since they don't think America should ever have become its own country, they don't care.

If you havent notice their

If you havent notice their were two student loan bills in the Senate and Senator Reed didnt get enough votes to pass it. Their was one Democratic and one Republican bill. So that will tell you that Harry Reed feels the interest rate should go up and blame the Republicans.
