GDP GROWTH BY DECADE

I wrote Thom an email and also posted a message board request..I believe that it was on Monday's show that Thom cited GDP growth by decade in his arguemnet for higher marginal tax rates. i support this idea and wanted to use the data in my own arguements along the way..I googled and could not verify..could I please get the source...
