Criminal Charges for BP et al

Today I heard Thom asking why no CEO involved in the Gulf Oil Spill was being arrested...my thoughts were that if the SCOTUS can allow "personhood" to corporations in order to fund campaign ads, etc., then the SCOTUS should grant "personhood" to BP, et at and send them to jail...I'm just sayin' - if they want personhood then this is what you get!
