OK, so I'm joking around here...but with a point. Am I allowed to joke around?

Maybe a bunch of Republicans running things would be cool.

They like to increase government spending, hire more government workers and borrow more...which we desperately need right now!!!

Also, politicians aren't known for living up to their campaign promises.

Therefore, if they take charge, they will most likely continue with their proven strategy to get re-elected (in their eyes) and give up this austerity nonesense?

Because, if they run part of Congress or the Office of the PResident, and not everything, all they do is block all progress towards a more properous future.

I mean, that is, if all one worries about is enriching our billionaires more - as the GOP says we should...

Welcome to the New Corporate Feudalism

Feudalism is back, with a vengeance.

Right now, the Wisconsin legislature is considering a bill that would make Wisconsin the nation’s 25th right-to-work-for-less state. All signs point to this bill becoming law. The state senate passed it by a margin of 17 to 15 last week, and Republican Governor Scott Walker, who supports right-to-work-for-less laws, said he will sign it if it reaches his desk.
