I don't know if I wasn't paying close attention when Our Administrations explained it before - or if they didn't explain it very well.
Now that it's clear that we believe putting Murderers in charge of investigating themselves (Israel and the Aid Flotilla piracy, kidnapping, homicides) - I see that we've only wanted to get Bin Laden back here so he can oversee a proper 9-11 invesitgation.

I said it makes as much sense to put Israel (the perpetrator) in charge of investigating their attack on the Aid Flotilla as it would to put Osama in charge of investigating the Sept. 11 debacles.
But since you brought it up - interesting how we see another emotion-driven distraction scheduled for what would otherwise be a natural time for people to reflect on an event (its anniversary).
We saw the Beck/book distraction designed to keep us from reflecting on Katrina, five years later. And the Islamic Cultural Center issue introduced to re-focus any NY 9-11 discussions.
Now we see an offensive religious-text burning scheduled for the upcoming 9th anniversary of the Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld failure to protect any of several different targets on Sept. 11th.
They always wanted the question framed from Sept. 11th forward, instead of discussing what the hell was going on that allowed it to happen in the first place?
Well, they-re out of office and still trying to frame the question or distract from it.
Time to take a look at what the prior group illegally withheld from the public for political (not legal) purposes.
