Another bill to censor Internet and cuff occupiers using social media to oganize

This maybe a serious threat to free speech and our ability to organze and meet. This is from occupy Portlands Face Book. Thom, when you say, get out there and occupy something, using electronic media, and the occupation is declared an illegal assembly by some police department, you could be held liable for saying those words. Occupy something. These are Republicans pushing the Bill in Oregon. Who's funding their campaigns?

S.B. 1534 : Creates crime of aggravated solicitation applicable to use of electronic communication to solicit two or more persons to commit specific crime at specific time and location.

The most shocking tidbit behind this legislation? Under
... "(Sec 1 Sub 3) In a prosecution under this section, the state need not
prove that the electronic communication was received by specific
persons or that the defendant intended for specific persons to
engage in the criminal activity."

This could make for state or federal charges for encouraging an Occupy event via any electronic communications medium, regardless if you or the parties involved commit a crime. The worst aspect of this bill places the individual who organized the event in a liability clause with those that attend or who indirectly respond to an invitation.
