If Walker’s nonsense in Wisconsin leads to an interruption of care that results in the death of any Nursing Home patient, Dependent Care Handicapped Individual, person receiving Mediare/caide/BadgerCare or any other person then Scott Walker, J.B. Van Hollen, Scott Fitzgerald, and Rebecca Kleefisch should be charged with some type of negligent or contributory homicide or manslaughter.

Given the circumstances, I wonder if you could extend the guilt to the Kock brothers?

Neither the State nor Federal Government has a spending problem. They simply have a political problem with raising a fair amount of tax revenue from the super rich.
