Who will starve when the drought-prices set by Obama’s Wall St Traders prices hit the grocery store?

Lots of concentrated wealth to speculate with these days and the profit burden put on prices set by Traders has never been higher.
My guess, Wall St Traders will certainly push prices for food up on Main St and to soften the blow Obama will restrict exports thereby pushing People in other countries into starvation.
