Getting your Federal Tax Refund in the form of a Prepaid VISA Card issued by Wall St.

Did my ears wink out and tune into another universe or is media offering my Federal Tax Refund back in the form of a prepaid VISA card issued by a Wall St bank!?!
So now the Federal Government is giving the money for the American People's tax refunds to Wall St and charging them to disburse it to us?!?
Anybody else hear this?

No, you got it all wrong. The government will be giving the money to the banksters, who will charge them a management fee, then they will invest it until we spend it (we will not be able to save it, at least without paying a transaction fee) then they will charge the store we spend it at a transaction fee. The banksters will get 2 1/2% plus the float.
