Over the past two weekends, a neighbor of mine at the end of my street has had yard signs out asking neighbors to wake up because "GOVT IS BANK-RUPTING OUR KIDS".
While perusing the news pages on my browser, I stumbled upon an article describing the anti-Muslim demonstrations in New York concerning the recreation/prayer center. According to the AP the gentleman below made the following comments:
Mr Hartmann -
On Friday, August 20th you had Victoria Jones on your show and between the two of you two incorrect statements were made. During the conversation about Franklin Graham's statements about Islam one of the two of you said that Billy Graham was dead (I do not have the transcript so I do not have the exact wording). Billy Graham is still alive.
When I saw this article on Crooks and Liars, I thought, well here we go again, but this time the Corporate Greed Machine and the GOP has SCOTUS to thank for the endless flow of money being thrown around to reassure that the "R's" will regain power over all of our lives.

Today we’re launching a campaign to end the filibuster…
That is Thom Hartmann and Dylan Ratigan of MSNBC. Progressive voices in a controlled media. I have learned from these men how over the last decades corporations have outsourced blue and white collar jobs to the point that few are left. The middle class has been destroyed. America has been robbed, while the top 1% and the corporations have gotten fat. I have learned that today giant multinational corporations control America, including most of the Congress. Exxon's quarterly profits are immoral. Big Pharma is getting fat.
As it was in the beginning, it is now and ever shall be. Those skilled in the art tyranny forge hundred year mortgages and bonds because they outlast the memory of a human lifetime. Thus, we dwell on earth experiencing approximately 20-30 years of peace and prosperity, punctuated with plenty of war and depression on either side of the happiness bubbles which cause us to forget who the troublemakers are anyway.
