“Glen Beck lecturing me on the Bible, on Christianity? Glen Beck a… Mormon???”
I’m almost ready. Tux tucked in. Check. Shoes all polished. Check. Pleasing, wise ass, smirk on my face. Check. The music swells. Lights up. The crowd roars. I dance down the stairs. You applaud… sneer… throw rotten toe-may-ters. Monty Ken Hall smiles and says, “Let’s make a religious deal!”
I am the author of a book, THIRTEENTH APOSTLE: THE COMING TRANSUBSTANTIATION, that is 1000 times more offensive to most Christians than the Koran.................
therefore, I am asking Terry Jones, the pastor who plans to burn the Koran on Saturday, to burn my book in its place..........
John Fugelsang was subbing for Stephanie Miller this morning. She calls him her "ecclesiastical mook" because he was raised in an extremely religious Catholic household. John's take on Jesus is that he was " a radical nonviolent revolutionary; a man who hung around with lepers, hookers and crooks; who never spoke English and wasn’t an American citizen; was anti-death penalty, anti-capitalist, anti public prayer (Matthew 6:5, please remind them) but Never anti gay; and was a long haired, brown skinned (yes, it’s in there), homeless, middle eastern Jew."
This is my first blog ever so I apologize in advance for any issues with my post. House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-OH) said "both parties should work together this month to promote job creation by cutting spending to 2008 levels and freezing all tax rates for two years." My question - in 2008 under Bush, didn't the budget not include the unfunded wars? So wouldn't setting spending to 2008 levels with two war costs included, perhaps give us a spending increase?
Listened to your radio this AM, inspiring. I just posted a comment on Jon Stewarts Daily Show blog about the Der Spiegle story, hope it helps. Keep up the good work!!!

Free speech is tricky. It is certainly controversial when the speech is hateful, divisive and separating. But our troops are supposed to defend our right to be hateful, divisive and separating. In the case of the tiny church in Florida who desperately wants validation via a book burning, I am wondering where the voices calling for National Security and supporting our fighting forces are. John Boehner's silent gap when ask by George Stephanopoulos this morning if he would condemn the Koran burning this Saturday spoke volumes.
