Wall St is funding a college clique in the Democratic Party.

Mary Burke, Wendy Davis, Elena Kagan, ad nauseam, ad nauseam,…give me a break!

Wall St’s ties to Harvard are extensive! And in any event, members of a public policy body like a Political a political party should not all be cast from the same ideological mold regardless of where it’s from!

IMF Report States Federal Debt Unnecessary

Here's the link to the IMF report titled The Chicago Plan Revisited which says that by changing the structure of the monetary system we can do away with public debt entirely. It comes down to taking the monetary creation function away from the private banks which perform this function under the auspices of the Fed, but make a giant profit in doing so, probably larger than any other profit in any industry.

Sugar for Tea Party?

I would like to address the point that the "regular" Republicans need to be held accountable for not taking control of their party from the tea party activists.

It's as

money makes the argument go 'round

If there is a difference between contribution and influence, as well as between private considerations (variable concerns) and corporate interests (profit- preoccupation) then making currency available is neither necessarily freeing (not a function of free speech) nor entirely informative (not public service).

How We Got Bad Government

*This essay was co-authored by Ria Zsigmond.*

Once there was a place of enlightenment, where an experiment in good government began. Everyone was enlightened, but some people were more enlightened than others.

These enlightened people decided to govern themselves democratically; they elected leaders in relatively fair and unbiased elections.

They created their own constitution with balanced legislative, executive and judicial branches.
