If there is one thing that approaches metaphysic in my philosophy, it is my regard for the nature of truth. Why I do not put myself forward as a spiritual leader, is that any person who aspires to such a position or role must by necessity conform to an ideal or image which is not natural to him or herself. Is it enough to leave it there? To not draw the conclusion that this means by necessity a form of guilt is a mark of a person more widely versed in the characteristics of human nature.
Hi Thom, love your show. I thought you might find this article interesting, to me it is very disturbing as it shows how the Demodcrats can be just as quick to embrace questionable benefits of privitazion.
Scum Barbara Boxer Democrat finalizing plan for huge tax break to Corporations hiding money overseas.
Democrats were completely behind Republicans recent efforts to undermine disability stipends and social security in general.
Barry's brand of velvet fascism isn't so velvety anymore.
Wholly CRAP! Full text of the article follows (just in case our illustrious government takes it off the web):
Sydney (AFP) - The largest glacier in East Antarctica, containing ice equivalent to a six-metre (20-foot) rise in global sea levels, is melting due to warm ocean water, Australian scientists said on Monday.
and how did you come up with that?? Perhaps you're familiar with the federal reserve system that 'loans' that money that is created out of thin air and hocus pocus involving socalled savings bonds and the exchange of those for crisply minted dollars and thats all in the hell there is to it, oh yeah you can unvest your money in savings bonds but thats just to make what they do look sorta legitimate. In reality this is the reason for all the trade balance stuff you like to opine about.
here's a brief poem i found that may apply - credited to anonymous:
the law locks up both man and woman
who steals the goose from off the common
but lets the great felon loose
who steals the common from the goose
Michael Moore, January 25, 2015
Before I post my more general thoughts later today or tomorrow about the ruckus of the past week regarding my response on Twitter about my uncle who was killed in WWll by a sniper -- and how I was tought to despise snipers of any stripe -- I would like to address this one insane mantra that the right-wing has twisted my tweet into: "Michael Moore hates the troops."
Well, who would know better about hating our troops than those who supported sending them into a senseless war with Iraq in the first place.
PEITION: TPP will shift public wealth into private hands and undermine the government’s financial health.

Remember NAFTA? The trade agreement that sent thousands of jobs overseas and drove down wages at home?
