How the Media Corroborates People's Gloom and Doom

How the Media Corroborates People's Gloom and Doom

It isn't just people with their negativity bias who tend to focus on bad events, as discussed in previous posts; it is even ingrained into the news. It doesn't take a statistical analysis of news to know that "if it bleeds, it leads," and the worst events that news reporters can find are usually considered the most newsworthy. Saudi Government throwing money$$$ at Hillary Clinton.

More of the Clintons’ brand of wink and nod extortion for favorable treatment in Washington.

This is how it works, pump money at Clinton’s shell organizations or other entity (maybe even an entity once or twice removed from the final benefactor the Clintons’ and let the influence – and the money - trickle up. It’s textbook “Clinton Cash.”

Bernie should be ashamed

Bernie is old enough to know that this country is a saviour to alot of folks.

Don Siegelman - Political prisoner

One of Thom's callers recently was the former AL Governor Don Siegelman who was framed by Carl Rove for a crime he did not commit. (See www.free-don.org for details).

His continued imprisonment is an outrage, and a dsigrace to our democracy. I hope you will get informed and join me in requesting clemency for this honorable man from Obama's new Pardon Attorney, Deborah Leff - Office of the Pardon Attorney 202-616-6070.

I'm just waiting for the government to plant child porn on Don Siegelmans computer and charge convict and jail him for such. It WOULDN'T be the first time.

Former President and CEO of the International Oil Spill Control Corporation, Dr. Thomas B . Manton heroically fought to expose the truth about the massive Gulf of Mexico oil disaster, which was caused by a BP oil platform explosion in April 2010.

The Washington Post Reveals Cracks in Healthcare

Thom plus logo The sales pitch by so-called "moderate Democrats" and Republicans who take money from the insurance companies is that people "don't want to get kicked off their existing employer-provided health insurance plans." But workers don't make the choice of plans, their employers do.
