I like what Bolivia is doing, very much against the Globalist Bankster elites and their One World Government or New World Order of runaway capitalism. But it is false to call it sustainable rather than industrial development. Bolivia is developing industrially, it will have to get financial & technological assistance from BRIC rather than western nations.

Take a look at Bolivia's rapidly increasing electricity generation. That is industrial development on steroids:
