This topic is in regard to the Medicaid Estate Recovery by probably not just the state of Nevada. Please refer to (42 U.S.C. 1396p) and Nevada state law (NRS 422.054).

These laws give the states the right to collect ALL medical expenses that are used by Medicaid recipients and not just fraudulently filed claims. The state application requires (among other things) the listing of ALL assets and all possessions including livestock/horses etc. The new state application is extensive and repetitive and threatens with perjury charges thru out. If you do not sign notification of the MEDICAID ESTATE RECOVERY page, it states that "Refusal to sign does not negate the States legal ability to persue recovery action.

This is a DEATH TAX.
