Gretchen Carlson, fomerly of Fox News, has sued Roger Ailes, the president of the network, for sexual harrassment. Carlson contends that she was removed from "Fox and Friends" and was given less airtime after complaining about sexual harrassment from male co-hosts. When she went Roger Ailes with her complaint, she claims he made inappropriate comments and demands of her. This seems to be compatible with some of the on-air emphasis on the physical appearence of women anchors on the network. That emphasis, which included occassional compliments of female hosts such as Carlson by male hosts, is believed to be favored by some conservative viewers.

NPR has reported that Ailes is on the way out, with an alleged $40 million buyout from the Murdocks (Fox).

How Do We Take Back the Military From the Billionaire Owned Military Industrial Complex?

Thom plus logo Democrats (Bernie & Lee) in the senate proposed legislation saying what the Constitution already says: that Trump can't go to war with Iran without congressional authorization. Every Republican on the committee, except Rand Paul, voted against it.
