Not quite sure why my photo isn't uploading, want people to see I'm not a lunatic when I write the very liberal and, and in some cases, adamant comments, especially conservatives adversely affected the lives of my 3 daughters and my life for 16 years in the state of North Dakota.

Actually, in my early 30s at the time, I didn't know until I moved to North Dakota the "personal was POLITIACL".

Moving to North Dakota in the 80's radicalized me, created an activist who never stop fighting for the full civil rights of every citizen and immigrant that enters the United States of America. ND taught me that the United States can be a backward as any Syrian Law nation in the Middle East--only, in America, they call it Evangelical Christianity--it's also when I became activated to keep the "wall between church and state" as far apart as possible, to the point, because churches (and, I used to be a member of one), uses their pulpits as political podiums on Sunday morning, Sunday evening and Wednesday evenings--and they use from their collection plates money to create, print and distribute "voting lists", that tell its parishioners how and for whom to vote--and, therefore are "political entities, not "religious entities" and should lose their Religious Tax-exempt Status.

What I took for granted as an American Citizen, in a RED STATE, I had to “fight to retain”. We can’t let America be overrun by this segment of our society that is scared, can’t handle strong women and wants to return us to 16th Century Europe or Old Testament Values in the Bibles Americans use as their guidebook.

You might try changing your browser. Just a thought. :-)

I sure know what you mean about "can't handle strong women." You have my sympathies for living in a red state. I live in a red district in a blue state, and that's bad enough.

"The Saddest Thing Is This Won't Be Breaking News"

Thom plus logo As the world burns, and more and more fossil fuels are being used every day planet-wide, atmospheric carbon dioxide levels passed 416 ppm this week at the Mauna Loa Observatory in Hawaii. In the 300,000 years since the emergence of modern humans, carbon dioxide levels have never been this high.
