Another facet of your argument that you should consider is the one described by Matt Taibbi in his book "The Divide". That facet is that the DOJ is afraid of getting "egg on their face" by going after the banksters. That facet is so frustrating.

IMO, it never boils down to a on/off switch, and I am a Bernie or bust proponent. For example, Bill Gates was not writing code. He was taking other competitors to court or buying them out.

On a personal note to you, brutondavidc, I think you would have more people reading your blogs if you would suffer through using spell check.
