Listening on Aug. 30, I heard Thom assert what most Reps want you to believe (but unduly) that POTUS cannot be jailed for crime, which is antithetical to the Constitution prohibition of Nobility and pardon for treason. Federal judges thought so to their dismay. No person is immune for such acts other than illegally by their government coactors. One caller asked about "tolling" which relates to the statute of limitations, whereby Trump can be prosecuted after he is impeached or simply leaves office, causing abatement of the statute during such time, if Congress will or won't do it's duty...
