The 4th Amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Where above does it say the NYPD has the right to arbitraily stop and frisk any and all citizens. Of course, as usual, they are profiling by race as their means of choice for "stop and frisk". The Constitution and Bill of Rights keeps America free. Any adulteration of those rights is a travesty. Michael Bloomburg is stomping on the Constitution with his "stop and frisk" policy inacted in New York City by NYPD. He is not following the letter of the law as the Constitution outlines. He is violating the illegal search siezure clause of the 4th Amendment. Michael Bloomburg can now be considered an official NEO-NAZI ---I'm sorry, but there is no other word for what he is doing. He works for certain wealthy people and only those particular people---the rest of us are unimportant to him. The Constitution is there to protect the PEOPLE from the tyranny of government, not the other way around---period. Eliminate or circumvent any one of them is an act of war against the people. There must be a two-thirds majority of Congress or states ratification to change any of them. Add more Amendments to the Constitution if it adds to the Liberty of the people such as the 28th Amendment (corporations are not people, and money is not speech), but never ever take away, or circumvent our rights as free citizens. The Bill of Rights in my opinion are untouchable including the 2nd Amendment---Leave them alone!!!!!!!!!!
