Regulations serve the same purpose as Laws and we cannot have civilization without them.

Less regulations is not the same as no regulations..... And not all regulations are of equal value, some serve as a barrier to entry pushed by special interests to keep competition down.

27000 trees per day are destroyed due to toilet paper consumption endangering rain forest habitats such as the Indonesian tiger, and lessoning our clean air.

A GREAT alternative is hemp. Hemp produces 4 times the pulp per acre and only takes 5 months to grow.
