I'm going to wax philosophical on y'all now ...

Danielle just said something that really resonates with me while she was guest-hosting on Thom's show. She and Shane do such a good job on that show while Thom is sitting in an airport somewhere that I almost don't miss Thom at all. She was talking about racism and said that she doesn't treat people like that because she doesn't want to be treated like that.

I've always thought that's what the saying "What goes around comes around" means. What goes around REALLY DOES come around, and that's why it's in EVERYBODY'S best interests to "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Because whatever you start going around, whether it's bad or good, it's eventually going to finish going around and come back to you. And when it does, you want it to be something good.

Saying it differently, I've always thought that when you do something that affects somebody else, whether it's something bad or something good, you are helping to make this the kind of world in which that sort of thing can happen. And if it's the sort of world in which that thing can happen, it's also the kind of world in which that thing can happen to you. That's why the manner in which you conduct yourself in dealings with others, whatever you do to them, it is in an ultimate sense the same thing as doing it to yourself.

That is what Jesus meant when he said that "whatsoever you do unto others, you do unto me." It's what he meant when he said "Let him among you who is without sin cast the first stone." It's what he meant when he said on the cross, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." I'm not particularly religious but those are truly profound words.

Thats because Jesus new that there is really only one of us having a different experience.

Seperation theology creates seperation pathology which in turn creates seperation sociology .Our on the ground experience.

The simple awareness that we are all one with god and each other and everything around us .And the creation of behavioral codes and international agreements reflecting that awareness ,would shift the political ,economic ,and spiritual reality on Earth in ways that the teachings of our present day exclsivist religions can never do.

Return to spirituality forget religion. Religion does not serve us it dis-serves us .The core message of most religions is not joy, innocence ,and self -celebration ,but fear ,guilt, and self-denial.

People who are robbed of self-esteem rob others of theirs.People who do not love themselves cannot love others .People who see themselves as unworthy see others as unworthy . The biggest ,most powerfull organised religions teach us that we are seperate from each other ,they also teach that we are not worthy of god and that we are born in sin .They rob us of our self esteem .Well the truth we are born of god and we are all the sons and daughters of god .The sum of god if you will .

Tell me in trying to create harmony and prosperitory and a world that works for the highest good of all what beliefs would work to achieve this ?

What would love do now ,let that be the question of the day.

What did one mirror say to the other mirror ? Its all done with people .

We are all angels for whom someone is waiting today.

How To Bring Back A Middle Class

Thom plus logo From the 1930s to the Reagan Revolution, America grew the largest and most robust middle class in history. Along with strong unions, the main driver of that was that people earning more than about $10 million in today's money confronted a top tax rate of 91% until the 60s, and 67% until Reagan came into office.
