Tell me again why 57% of our federal budget is geared toward military spending. Tell me again why we all should be "SO AFRAID" of terrorists. >:(

Lobbyists and the fact that the Defense industry hires about every retired military officer where they make tons of money on top of their retirement pay. All of these ex generals on Fox News are paid contributors. These are the ones that could not finish Iraq or Afganistan is 7 years. So called experts. Imagine what Trump will do with that button next to his bed at 3 AM! Right now all he can do is Tweet.

7000 nukes ,300 million guns in civilian hands ,hows the chance of an invasion? This is 50 cents of every tax dollars going to corporate welfare and this is why your roads ,airports, bridges, infrastructure is third world and why you have a shitty seniors pension system, no single payer health care for all, no free university ,no social safety nets for your society. And this is why young Americans die half way around the world, not protecting America, but being policemen for US corporations, protecting US interests, US corporations.

Your government, infiltrated by corporatist moles ,has for 70 years used fear and terror as a lever to justify the transfer of massive amounts of public wealth to corporate America. Now these corporations awash with your money have become powerful and political and are step by step methodically using the strength of their new wealth to undermine your country in the name of greater profits. These are Americas real enemy , not Russia , China for these sovereign nations know that they could never overrun your country without devistating personal loss to their respective countries, a decision that would be suicidal. These corporations are not the mom and pop businesses that they use to deflect all criticism of their amassed power.

Americas enemy comes from within, your co-opted government allows these business giants to pollute your air, ground and water with impunity, steal , kill and place you all under 24/7 surveillance and created dossiers on all of that can be used as weapons to get us to submit to the wishes. Now we are told that these very businesses are pushing the world to the brink of ecological collapse and these bought off corporate government stooges look the other way and twiddle their thumbs for their masters, while our precious planet circles the drain to complete destruction. I wonder if any of these corporate CEO's have every wondered what all their wealth will be worth on a dead or dying planet.

Here's what the feud and reconciliation between John Adams and Thomas Jefferson can teach us about civility

Thom plus logo Donald Trump did not invent the art of the political insult but he's inflamed the level of vitriolic public discourse and incivility to a new low unmatched by other presidents. In a tainted tradition that has permeated our history, other presidents have not been immune to dishing out acerbic insults against one another.
