all the "liberties" they proclaim infringe on the liberty of others. or is brandishing weapons in public places NOT the anti-social act of rabble-rousing brats?

Brandish - to wave or swing (something, such as a weapon) in a threatening or excited manner.

I know of no libertarians who support brandishing weapons. Do many libertarians support open and/or concealed carry of weapons? Yes. But how does that infringe on the liberty of others?

Let's say for the sake of argument that said behavior is being engaged in by anti-social brats. Do they still not have a right to do it?
