Those congressional ones go to such great lengths to do their job - as little as possible. Such creative thinkers they are!

Those SLACKERS - have creatively figured out how they can slack off 2/3's of the time, AND still collect their paychecks and utilize their excellent tax payer supplied benefits - medical, dental, uber gym to exercise the bod, child sitting, uber viagra alotments, insider trading, lunching with lobbyists. Oh yeah, PAID VACATIONS WHETHER THEY WORK or not work. And paid again by the lobbyists when they go on their fun phu*k filled frolicking vacations paid for by tax payers and the lobbyists. Talk about double dipping! Clearly - they maybe lazy cheating drug using wife abusing hypocritical homophobes who can't keep it their pants - but dumb they are not.
