Hi, I'm a new member here. I enjoy making informed choices especially concerning moment by moment attitudes that may affect teeth grinding and blood pressure.

It appears there are several levels of truth and reality my consciousness can be aware of. Each requires me to be responsible.

So to see what kind of world I need to take responsibility for, I tune into Thom's program on RT and see the issues. I notice a lot of teeth grinding.

I'm a student of A.C.I.M. and feel healing comes from 'transparency' and forgiving separatist/exclusivist thoughts. It is a challenge not to be a people pleaser and I more enjoy being adored than not. I just watched "Kite Runner" and wonder if I'd be able to stand up willing to take a bullet rather than allow tyrrany to beat me into a quailling submissive.

So the item and audio I'd like to share is from 'office of Poofness' site to play Benjamine Fulford interviews Karen Hudes (former world bank lawyer?) posted 9-19-13. I don't have the link, but it is accessible through 'kauilapele's blog'. Thanks and stay alert! Shelley
