Whatever Group buys or leases Wisconsin’s Utilities from Walker will do so at a too low a price. What is more, the Group that does initially buy it will probably turn around and sell a vast percentage of it at a greatly increased price (increased to reflect Fair Market Value assuming higher rates are charged probably) pocketing the difference.
Don’t worry Koch will probably will be involved but some “Sale of American Infrastructure” department at some less than patriotic Wall Street bank will make sure his name is never used.
ps. My guess it the Wall Street Bank will involve J.P. Morgan Chase, a'la Jamie Dimon ("Obama's favorite banker" per NYT), which may explain Obama's weak resistance to how renegade State Governments are treating their people. Afterall, it was Mayor Daley's stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid, idea to bridge a perceived "budget shortfall" by leasing off the meters in the first place, and a Daley just joined the White House. Issue bonds instead.
