Don't know how to work this in but I saw this in the Isthmus and thought it was funny:

"I wish I was half the man my dog thinks I am"

The French will try anything to get some good press. Anything to take the public's eye off France's aggressive participation in militarily pursuing New Colonialism and fanatical Crusading in Africa.

But the French right kicking in doors of homes in Mali is so revealing of their rightist and exploitative darkside! They can't whitewash their greed and racism in this destabilization program being perpetrated in Africa by the Euro-American Resource Thieves.

No wonder they are putting out "Feel Good" energy-saving "news".

Sheesh.

Here's what the feud and reconciliation between John Adams and Thomas Jefferson can teach us about civility

Thom plus logo Donald Trump did not invent the art of the political insult but he's inflamed the level of vitriolic public discourse and incivility to a new low unmatched by other presidents. In a tainted tradition that has permeated our history, other presidents have not been immune to dishing out acerbic insults against one another.
