The new Boeing 787 is garbage and it is garbage because Boeing – not the Japanese Lithium battery manufacturer – is garbage.

A lot of thinking has gone in to Manufacturing processes by today’s modern Corporations. Companies like John Deere and most certainly Boeing have high priced engineers with massive quantities of college degrees go around to other firms that supply them with critical or high value products used in their production processes to make sure the best of all possible practices are being used by that supplier.

This narrative I’m seeing in the American News that “oh, poor Boeing got duped by those nasty, sloppy Japanese” is 100% pure horseshit.

If you think Boeing just sat there in the Jet Factory waiting to rip open a box of batteries (that could bring down an entire jet full of people) once they arrived from Japan, only to promptly pop the batteries in the Jet’s engines – without further thought - and slam the cargo bay door shut your nuts! Boeing is ultimately ENTIRELY to blame for the malfunctions with the 787.

But hey, they effectively have a monopoly on commercial jet construction in America, what the hell do they care? After all, what’s a person to do? Throw together a company here in the United States to compete with Boeing on quality? PFffft, I don’t think so.

btw to give you some idea how "Americanized" beoing is, their prior CEO's monthly condo association dues - not his mortgage payment or taxes - but just his condo fees, were over $4,000.

Unfortunately for him, he got caught bionking his co-worker (but I think he still owns the condo, what with stockholder funded parachutes and all)

(boeing is about as bloated as the america health insurance industry that now owns the US)

And that’s how lack of campaign finance reform and consolidation of the media to maximize returns to Special Interest Groups and Mega Corporations hurts the US Economy. More specifically, It maximizes returns$$$ to the Politicians at the expense of the People.

Do you think North American Rockwell is a competitor of Boeing in commercial jet manufacture, or are they the same company?

Doesn't Boeing handle a share of defense contracting too?

Is General Dynamics a separate entity than Boeing or North American Rockwell, or are they really all the same company?

Is Boeing an asset of the Carlyle Group, a subsidiary of the American International Group of Liars?

GM Shows Why We Need Medicare for All

Thom plus logo General Motors just pulled healthcare for 50,000 workers. There are some Democratic candidates suggesting that people love their health insurance companies, but this calculated move by a giant corporation that you and I helped bail out proves that employer sponsored healthcare is just another tool to control workers.
