This from the Union of Concerned Scientist (for you republicans a "scientist" is a person who studies science, math and other languages of satan);

Senator Jim Inhofe's book calls climate change "The Greatest Hoax." As of right now, he's expected to chair the Senate committee that oversees the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).1

Senator Ted Cruz is vying to lead the committee that controls the National Science Foundation. He still claims there's "considerable uncertainty" about climate change (and has taken nearly $1 million from the oil and gas industry this year).2

This from CREDO:

The President has already threatened to veto a new bill, passed in the House on Friday and soon to be passed in the Senate, that would force approval of the “game over for climate” Keystone XL pipeline. This wouldn't be happening if the Republicans had not captured majority control of the Senate including electing Senators Joni Ernst (R-IA), Tom Cotton (R-AR) and David Perdue (R-GA) -- who won their seats with help from AT&T and Verizon.

What’s more, the CEOs of AT&T and Verizon, the two phone companies that provide mobile phone service for most Americans, are also on the wrong side of Keystone XL. Just last year, the Business Roundtable—the elite group of CEOs of the nation's biggest companies—urged Congress to approve the Keystone pipeline. Who is on the group's executive committee? Randall Stephenson, the CEO of AT&T. And who is also a member of the group? Lowell McAdam, the CEO of Verizon Communications, the owner of Verizon Wireless.

Part 1 - Is Economic Disaster About to Hit & Are You Prepared?

Thom plus logo Right now the United States and the world are facing four massive trends that, in combination, we haven't faced since the 1920s. We are seeing the rise of a new and brutal form of governance with extraordinary industrial capacity and power in China, much as Nazi Germany rose in Europe.
